Our New Adventure

We moved! To Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. People tell me I have no reason to be nervous, it's "still Idaho." But this does not feel like I'm in Idaho, this place is so different than Rexburg and the Southeastern part of Idaho. Better? Yes! A million times better! People are happy here and go out of their way to smile at complete strangers. And I'm not just biased by my new amazing coworkers, it's everyone. We have met new friends while out a few times this week, exchanged numbers, and made plans to meet up again! That would never happened back home! 

The only thing that is missing is my family - they will always win my heart. But I am happy that our new adventure has brought us to a place where we instantly felt accepted and like we belong here. I've never felt that way. Plus, we live in a good vacationing area...so everyone come visit us!

Hopefully our life will be more interesting to keep a blog going...after my 2 year break. My goal is to make the most of this adventure, participate in the community, and explore the area. And of course share it with my loved ones.
